Relief Commercial Tyre Fitter - covering East & South London

Monday - Friday, Normal working hours are 5am-1pm with approx. 1 night shift a month

Starting Salary: £30K + up to 11% bonus + Company van

We are looking for a Relief Commercial Tyre Fitter to join our Connected Solutions Team. This role is ideal if you enjoy staying active, working with your hands, and prefer practical work over desk‑based tasks. If you take pride in seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day, you’ll feel right at home here.

New to tyre fitting? No problem! You will be paired up with one of our experts and we will provide comprehensive training to equip you for success in this role.

What will you be doing?

  • Working as a relief tyre fitter, you'll be responsible for supporting and covering colleagues.
  • Travelling to different bus garages, usually in and around East & South London, however support at other locations may be required.
  • Fit, inspect, and maintain bus tyres onsite at our customer’s bus garages.
  • Lift, move and manoeuvre heavy tyres as part of day‑to‑day duties.
  • Process your job sheets in internal system.
  • Managing workload and prioritising tasks effectively.
  • Approx. once a month, you will be required to complete fleet inspections. Inspections usually start around 2am, when the vehicles are back at depot.
