We’re looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join our Solideal-on-Site team in Cannock. You’ll learn how to provide accurate, helpful support to customers while developing valuable workplace skills and completing your apprenticeship coursework.

Solideal-on-Site is part of the Michelin Group, delivering expert tyre fitting and maintenance services directly to industrial and materials handling customers. From warehouses to distribution centres, our work helps to keep essential operations running smoothly.

This role plays an important part in keeping our customers’ operations moving. When forklifts stop, warehouses can stall, disrupting the movement of essential goods. By supporting customers and helping to organise services effectively, you’ll contribute to keeping supply chains running while developing your confidence, knowledge and customer service skills.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prepare customer quotes accurately and with close attention to detail
  • Follow up open quotes and communicate clearly with customers
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to customer queries professionally
  • Create work orders and schedule service appointments
  • Use customer relationship management systems to update records and service activity
  • Work with internal teams and external contractors to support smooth service delivery
  • Manage your workload and complete administrative tasks accurately
  • Complete the coursework and learning activities required for your apprenticeship

Essentials

  • GCSEs at grades 9–4, or equivalent, in Maths and English
  • A minimum of two A Levels at grade C or above, or equivalent
  • A genuine interest in customer service and a willingness to learn
  • Basic IT skills
  • Eligible to work in the UK
