Production Operators receive extensive training to ensure they can work safely and effectively with their high-performance teams to bring innovative products to life. Their responsibilities include:

  • Following safety and quality procedures to provide Michelin’s customers with superior products;
  • Operating production machinery, monitoring the condition and performance of the equipment by detecting abnormalities, taking action to correct issues, and making suggestions for improvement;
  • Manual operations including stacking raw material, handling finished products, performing quality inspections;
  • Following production plans to ensure on-time delivery;
  • Working with support teams to test new methods, overcome challenges, and reduce waste.

Application requirements include:

  • Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends;
  • Legal right to work in Canada (this position is not available for work permit sponsorship).
