Pennyhill Park in Bagshot, Surrey, home to The Latymer, is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our award-winning brigade. You will support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team in day-to-day operations, lead a section and ensure consistent delivery of dishes to Michelin-star standards.
You will help maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and cleanliness, mentor junior chefs, and contribute ideas to menu development.
