Are you looking for a role that offers variety, growth, and the chance to make a real impact every day? Join us as a B2B Territory Business Manager , where no two days are the same, and you’ll have the support to develop your skills and thrive! It is a great opportunity to develop customer-focused skills and technical knowledge helping you develop your career path.

Why should you join Michelin, you ask? Because at Michelin, people are paramount. If you are looking for a company that challenges and promotes you as an employee while keeping an eye on progress and sustainability, then you\’ve come to the right place! If you want to design yourself and work flexibly – then we are the company for you. The entire mobility industry is changing, which is why we are currently looking for people who want to make a difference together with us and approach topics such as innovation and sustainability with just as much conviction and passion as we do.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a motivated individual who’s ready to embrace new challenges and grow in their career. You excel at connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and bringing a thoughtful, practical approach to problem-solving. With a technical mindset and confidence working with data, you’re ready to dive into new opportunities and, following an extensive training program, continue to learn and develop as you go.

Whilst a background in sales is helpful, it is more important to be able to adopt foundational key levers, by getting stuck into the essential hands-on element of the role. And don’t worry—we will give you all the tools, knowledge and support you need to feel confident to succeed. Sales can be challenging, so we’re seeking someone with resilience, a great listener who can understand customer needs and build trust. As a Territory Business Manager , you’ll show customers the value we offer, helping to win, grow, and maintain business.

What’s the work environment like?

While you’ll be working independently much of the time, you’ll never feel isolated. You’ll have regular check-ins with your team and manager, and your manager will join you for a customer visit about once a month. During your first few months, you’ll have more frequent support as you settle into the role and get up to speed.

At Michelin, we pride ourselves on being the experts. This role isn’t about wearing a suit and sitting behind a desk—it’s a hands-on job where you’ll be inspecting vehicles, often in less-than-ideal weather. But don’t worry—we’ll give you all the training you need to become an expert in our products, and we’ll help you every step of the way. A willingness to learn and a logical mindset will help you shine in this role.

What kind of person will thrive in this role?

We’re looking for someone self-motivated, good at managing their time, and displays account management skills that deliver against all role objectives. This role gives you flexibility and empowerment, but it also comes with the responsibility to deliver results for yourself, the team and the company.

What will you be doing?

  • Your week normally starts with a team meeting on Monday to set you up for success.
  • Most of your time will be spent with customers, learning about their fleets and operations, and identifying how we can solve their challenges.
  • Approximately 80% of your time will be with end users, 18% with key dealers, and 2% with OE dealers.
  • You’ll be hands-on with vehicles, come rain or shine.
  • Ensuring your calls are recorded in Sales Force.
  • Depending on your targeted workload, there may be some overnight stays and occasionally, you might work on weekends to capture key fleet information that will help build your success within the role (though it’s not compulsory).

We’ll provide thorough training on everything from technical details to sales skills, and we’ll ensure you have all the support and tools you need to succeed.
