Permanent position to support the Digital Content team in rolling out sponsored digital offerings. The Lifestyle business division is a key contributor to Michelin Group’s growth ambitions in the beyond-tire domain. The scope of Michelin Lifestyle activities ranges from Travel, Gastronomy, Wine, Mobility, and Lifestyle products and services, through a portfolio of world-renowned brands such as The Michelin Guide, Michelin, Robert Parker Wine Advocates, Tablet Hotels, Via-Michelin, LeFooding & BF Goodrich.
Integrated into the Digital Content team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to deploy our marketing offers, supervise asset creation, support the Marketing team to improve the offers sold by the Sales team, coordinate reporting, and ensure media plan follow-up. Your role will be essential in maintaining a balance between the MICHELIN Guide’s editorial standards, digital performance, and partner satisfaction. You will work on a wide variety of campaigns with B2B partners (brands) and B2A partners (public administrations, tourism boards, government agencies). In close collaboration with the Digital, Marketing and Sales teams, you will support them in designing, selling, and deploying digital offers aligned with our editorial line.
Main Responsibilities
- Operational Coordination & Deployment of Digital Offers
- Coordinate asset production for all partner digital offers of the MICHELIN Guide, in collaboration with Project Managers.
- Brief the editorial, video, and social media teams based on elements provided by the PIM in Europe and define the production schedule.
- Monitor production timelines for all assets worldwide.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with contractual commitments.
- Support the upskilling of PIM on digital topics.
- Media Brief Management
- Manage media briefs: data and asset collection, drafting briefs for the media agency.
- Ensure the proper launch and follow-up of campaigns.
- Analyze final reports and extract key learnings.
- Operational Excellence & International Guidelines
- Centralize needs, constraints, and feedback.
- Contribute to the annual report on media agency performance.
- Analysis, Reporting & Optimization
- Collect partner campaign results across all digital channels.
- Provide recommendations to stakeholders to improve the efficiency, consistency, and value of partner activations.
- Work with Marketing to enhance, optimize, or rethink certain offers.
Education and experience requirements
- Must Have
- Master’s degree in Communication, Business or a related field.
- Fluent English (proficiency C1 -spoken and written).
- Experience in Social Media Paid.
- Excellent digital project management skills.
- 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and usage.
- Rigor, organization, strong planning skills.
- Interest in performance analysis.
- Team spirit and collaborative mindset.
