Responsabilidades- Analisar e acompanhar KPIs de Receita Recorrente (ex.: MRR, ARR, churn, expansão, retenção, ARPU, LTV, entre outros)
- Desenvolver e manter modelos analíticos e relatórios gerenciais para análise de performance de receitas recorrentes e não recorrentes
- Atuar na construção de análises financeiras e operacionais, identificando variações, tendências e oportunidades de melhoria
- Participar de projetos de revisão e melhoria de processos, com foco em eficiência, controle e confiabilidade dos dados
- Apoiar o fechamento e a conciliação de receitas, garantindo alinhamento entre áreas (Financeiro, Contábil, Comercial e Operações)
- Preparar apresentações executivas com insights claros e acionáveis para a liderança
- Garantir governança, padronização e documentação dos processos e modelos de análise
- Formação superior em Contabilidade, Administração, Economia, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas
- Experiência prévia como Analista Sênior ou posição similar, com forte atuação em análise de receitas, preferencialmente receita recorrente
- Sólidos conhecimentos em modelagem analítica, indicadores financeiros e análise de dados
- Vivência em projetos de melhoria ou revisão de processos
- Conhecimento intermediário de Excel / ferramentas de BI
- Inglês nível intermediário (leitura, escrita e participação em reuniões)
- Experiência em empresas de modelo SaaS, assinaturas ou negócios com receita recorrente
- Conhecimentos em contabilidade de receitas (ex.: IFRS 15 – desejável)
- Experiência com automação de relatórios e bases de dados
