Responsabilidades
- Definir estratégias de precificação value-based, alinhando margens, crescimento e proposta de valor.
- Estruturar e manter modelos de preço e price waterfall (listas, descontos, rebates, impostos, frete).
- Desenvolver pacotes e bundles por segmento, equilibrando valor percebido e simplicidade comercial.
- Estabelecer políticas de desconto e limites (floor/target/ceiling), com matriz de aprovações.
- Conduzir governança de preços via Pricing Council com áreas-chave (vendas, finanças, jurídico, GTM).
- Realizar análises de elasticidade e sensibilidade a preço, aplicando métodos estatísticos e pesquisas.
- Monitorar rentabilidade e price realization, identificando perdas e propondo correções.
- Configurar regras de preço e descontos em CRM/CPQ (Salesforce).
- Apoiar lançamentos de produtos, definindo preços, pacotes e políticas comerciais.
- Acompanhar concorrência e estudos de win/loss, ajustando estratégias de precificação.
- Planejar e executar testes de preço (A/B, pilotos).
- Garantir compliance e conformidade regulatória (LGPD, concorrência).
- Treinar equipes de vendas em políticas de preço e narrativa de valor.
Qualificações e Competências
- Ensino superior completo nas áreas: Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística ou áreas afins.
- Inglês avançado.
- Pacote Office avançado.
- Testes A/B, Excel avançado, Power BI/Tableau, noções de SQL.
- LGPD e compliance concorrencial.
- Storytelling com dados.
