Responsabilidades:

  • Planejar, manter e otimizar as escalas de trabalho da operação de atendimento, garantindo o equilíbrio entre demanda e capacidade, o cumprimento dos SLAs e a eficiência do uso da força de trabalho, apoiando a tomada de decisão das lideranças e assegurando a sustentabilidade da operação.
  • Construir escalas de trabalho com base em previsão de demanda, contatos, regras trabalhistas e diretrizes da operação.
  • Analisar volumes históricos e projeções para ajustar escalas conforme variações de demanda.
  • Dimensionar corretamente a força de trabalho para suportar os SLAs acordados.
  • Tratar solicitações de troca, férias, afastamentos e ajustes emergenciais.
  • Fornecer análises e simulações de impacto de mudanças de escala.
  • Trabalhar em conjunto com o Control Desk para ajustes e melhorias contínuas.

Requisitos do Cargo:

  • Ensino superior completo.
  • Experiência com planejamento de escalas, WFM ou dimensionamento de operações de atendimento.

Desejáveis:

  • Experiência em operações multicanal (telefone, chat, e-mail, WhatsApp).
  • Vivência em ambientes de atendimento de grande volume.
  • Conhecimento em legislação trabalhista aplicada à escala de trabalho.
