Responsabilidades:
- Monitorar em tempo real os alertas gerados pela telemetria dos veículos e comunicar os responsáveis conforme lista de contatos do cliente.
- Realizar o atendimento aos clientes de forma clara e com qualidade, apresentado de forma rápida e estratégica.
- Preencher corretamente os documentos e/ou formulários correspondentes às ocorrências.
- Verificar diariamente relatórios de análise para identificar falhas nos equipamentos de telemetria e acionar o setor de manutenção.
- Atualizar relatórios técnicos com base nos dados da telemetria, identificando falhas e direcionando os técnicos para correções na frota.
- Apoiar os técnicos em campo, validando testes e configurações dos equipamentos instalados nos veículos.
- Acompanhar a geração e envio dos relatórios automáticos de telemetria conforme programação e demanda do cliente.
Requisitos:
- Ensino médio completo.
- Pacote office intermediário.
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar em escala de 12x36.
- A experiência em rotinas de monitoramento e rastreamento será um diferencial.
