Key Responsibilities- Deliver the full end‑to‑end payroll process accurately and on time.
- Produce accurate and timely payroll payments using the payroll management system.
- Process employee leave to ensure precise accountability of payroll exceptions.
- Professionally resolve payroll discrepancies and address employee queries.
- Identify and alert management of noncompliance or data quality issues.
- Organise and archive payroll documentation in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Administer employee benefits programs, managing enrolments, terminations, transfers, and changes.
- Support confidential administration tasks related to payroll and benefits.
- Minimum 2 years proven experience managing the entire end‑to‑end payroll cycle.
- Confident understanding of payroll legislation, statutory payments and compliance requirements.
- Comfortable working in a small team, contributing flexibly and supporting colleagues.

This is a hybrid role. Working‑from‑home days are usually agreed within the team, but the payroll team typically spends on‑site days together. The successful candidate will be expected to spend more time working on‑site than from home.
