Join a small, collaborative team to deliver the full end‑to‑end payroll cycle and administer employee benefits programmes for Michelin.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the full end‑to‑end payroll process accurately and on time.
- Produce accurate and timely payroll payments using the payroll management system.
- Process employee leave to ensure precise accountability of payroll exceptions.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies professionally and address employee queries.
- Identify and alert management of non‑compliance or data quality issues.
- Organise and archive payroll documentation in line with company and regulatory guidelines.
- Administer employee benefits programmes, managing enrolments, terminations, transfers, and changes.
- Support confidential administrative tasks related to payroll and benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience managing the entire end‑to‑end payroll cycle.
- Comfortable working with payroll legislation, statutory payments and compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure.

Working Arrangement
This is a hybrid role. Working‑from‑home days are agreed within the team, with the majority of time spent on‑site. Optional five‑day on‑site availability is also available.
