What you will do:

  • The role of the Process Engineer is to establish, define and monitor process parameters to ensure the quality of products produced.
  • Responsibilities include:
  • taking part in quality planning for products, materials, processes and methods;
  • establishing and implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance;
  • defining and implementing corrective and preventative action plans for improvement;
  • designing and carrying out tests to evaluate changes with raw materials, equipment, automation and/or overall process;
  • participating in quality planning, including feasibility studies;
  • participating in product start-ups and evolutions;
  • participating in projects and teams to resolve quality issues;
  • acting as a liaison between local and global customers to resolve issues;
  • supporting operations by monitoring production quality, performance, and maintenance problems and participating in necessary corrections;
  • assisting in maintaining the product model.

What you will bring:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or equivalent;
  • 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred;
  • strong mechanical awareness and the ability to work comfortably around mechanical equipment;
  • the ability to develop digital tools.
