What you will do:
- The role of the Process Engineer is to establish, define and monitor process parameters to ensure the quality of products produced.
- Responsibilities include:
- taking part in quality planning for products, materials, processes and methods;
- establishing and implementing quality standards and ensuring compliance;
- defining and implementing corrective and preventative action plans for improvement;
- designing and carrying out tests to evaluate changes with raw materials, equipment, automation and/or overall process;
- participating in quality planning, including feasibility studies;
- participating in product start-ups and evolutions;
- participating in projects and teams to resolve quality issues;
- acting as a liaison between local and global customers to resolve issues;
- supporting operations by monitoring production quality, performance, and maintenance problems and participating in necessary corrections;
- assisting in maintaining the product model.
What you will bring:
- A Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering, or equivalent;
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is preferred;
- strong mechanical awareness and the ability to work comfortably around mechanical equipment;
- the ability to develop digital tools.
