Responsabilidades
- Definição de estratégias de compras e negociação específicas por categoria, projeto ou produto/solução, alinhadas à demanda, histórico de consumo, identificando riscos, oportunidades e tendências de mercado;
- Condução de processos estruturados de sourcing e competitividade, assegurando governança, transparência, rastreabilidade e comunicação efectiva com fornecedores;
- Avaliação do impacto financeiro, técnico e de risco das alternativas, com construção e utilização de TCO como base para tomada de decisão;
- Negociação, formalização e acompanhamento de acordos, incluindo condições comerciais, escopos, SLAs, homologações e mitigação de riscos jurídicos;
- Acompanhamento e reporte gerencial das negociações realizadas, com elaboração de relatórios de savings, desempenho contratual e indicadores relevantes;
- Gestão de custos, TCO e desempenho económico, com monitoramento contínuo, análise de variações e disponibilização de dashboards executivos;
- Administração e governança dos contratos, garantindo integridade das informações, conformidade sistémica e controle operacional;
- Apoio técnico a auditoria e compliance, assegurando aderência a políticas internas, normas e requisitos regulatórios;
- Participação em projetos estratégicos e iniciativas de novas soluções, apoiando inovação, desenvolvimento e melhoria contínua.
Qualificações
- Inglês avançado;
- Domínio em processo de negociação com fornecedores de grande porte;
- Domínio em análises de custos baseados na metodologia Strategic Sourcing;
- Conhecimento em revisão e implantação de processos inerentes ao fluxo de Compras;
- Domínio em Excel;
- Domínio em utilização de ERP, como Totvs, Oracle ou SAP.
