  • Realizar a gestão da equipe de Agentes de Retenção com base nas rotinas e diretrizes da MCF;
  • Promover o desenvolvimento dos agentes: Aplicar feedbacks contínuos sobre monitoria, resultados e comportamento, apoiar o desenvolvimento dos colaboradores da equipe, por meio de orientações e feedbacks.
  • Fomentar um bom clima na equipe: Construir um ambiente colaborativo, aplicando feedbacks e incentivando o desenvolvimento individual.
  • Garantir conformidade com normas internas: Acompanhar relatórios e ocorrências online, atuando proativamente com feedbacks pontuais.
  • Melhorar a eficiência do atendimento: Revisar processos para reduzir custos e garantir a retenção.
  • Monitorar a qualidade do atendimento: Realizar plano de ações para o cumprimento de metas com o objetivo de alcance de resultados.
  • Garantir a entrega dos KPIs da área: Elaborar relatórios detalhados com planos de ação estruturados.
  • Atuação na frente de retenção (Churn).

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência prévia em supervisão.
  • Forte capacidade analítica - com experiência em gestão de dados, construção de planos de ação e foco em metas.
