PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES DO CARGO:
- Desenvolver e propor estratégias de recuperação de crédito, analisar carteiras de inadimplência complexas e clientes estratégicos, sugerindo ações de cobrança diferenciadas e soluções personalizadas (ativa, receptiva, judicial e extrajudicial);
- Implementar inovações e ferramentas de cobrança, avaliar novas tecnologias e métodos (discadores, automações, analytics) para melhorar resultados e reduzir tempo de recuperação de crédito;
- Garantir compliance e governança, revisar processos, documentação e políticas, assegurando aderência a normas contábeis, regulatórias e auditorias internas/externas;
- Analisar forecast de cobrança, acompanhamento de PDD, performance por região e identificação de riscos, com suporte à tomada de decisão;
- Atuar em modelagem e análises em Excel e Power BI, traduzindo dados em insights estratégicos;
- Interagir constantemente com outras regiões Latam, tais como: Argentina, Paraguai e México, garantindo alinhamento de práticas, troca de informações e acompanhamento de resultados regionais;
- Participar de fóruns, reuniões regionais e negociações com clientes, além de interface frequente com agências de cobrança;
- Analisar carteira, definição de estratégias e entrada direta em ações de cobrança quando necessário, sempre com visão preventiva e analítica.
REQUISITOS:
- Ensino superior completo em Administração, Economia, Contabilidade ou áreas correlatas;
- Experiência em análise de crédito e cobrança;
- Experiência em negociação com clientes e gestão de cobrança;
- Domínio de forecast, PDD e indicadores financeiros;
- Excel avançado;
- Power BI avançado;
- Espanhol fluente.
