We are seeking a 3rd Party Logistics Contract Manager with significant experience in both warehousing and freight transport, combined with commercial and supplier management. Reporting to the UK Logistics Manager, this role is central to ensuring the effective performance of our outsourced logistics partners and requires substantial expertise across the full 3PL landscape. This is a strategic, commercially focused position, suited to applicants who have previously held responsibility for both warehouse operations and transport networks delivered through external logistics providers.
What will you be doing?
- Taking full ownership of end‑to‑end 3PL contracts, covering warehousing and logistics operations.
- Leading structured supplier governance, performance reviews, commercial negotiations, and stakeholder engagement.
- Challenging our 3rd Party Providers to ensure a value for money service.
- Overseeing road freight performance: service delivery, compliance, safety, cost management, and continuous improvement.
- Managing budgets, invoices, SLAs, KPIs, service metrics, and contract variations.
- Using data‑driven insight to challenge partners, identify opportunities, and drive measurable improvements.
- Completing a short induction period in France to learn our methodologies and operational frameworks.

- In‑depth operational understanding of warehouse activities (inventory, storage, productivity, service levels).
