We are seeking a motivated Salesforce Developer with one to three years of professional experience to join our growing UK team. In this role, you will contribute to MICHELIN Connected Fleet's Salesforce.com implementation, encompassing both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using an agile scrum development process
- Configure and customise Salesforce objects, flows, validation rules, and reports
- Collaborate with architect, Product Owner and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Apply Salesforce expertise to MICHELIN Connected Fleet and provide insights on how best to leverage Salesforce functionality for business needs
- Create relevant test classes, complete unit testing, and promote code to production through a defined, repeatable process
- Maintain code quality, documentation, and version control practices
- Support ongoing system enhancements, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce developments and the broader ecosystem
- Maintain Salesforce certification credentials by successfully completing the release exams
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL LIKELY HAVE...
- Minimum of one, and preferably up to three, years Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and flows
- Experience working in an agile scrum environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, flows, reports, dashboards)
- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management best practices
- Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Bitbucket)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II
- Experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Knowledge of any of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Revenue Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft)
- Expertise in customer quotation and electronic signature development in Salesforce.com
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Salesforce
