Overview
We produce a wide range of high-quality mineral waters and soft drinks. Thanks to our state-of-the-art production equipment, we can respond flexibly to retailer demand. We offer you a dynamic work environment with plenty of development opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Operating and maintaining the plant\’s machinery
- Monitoring stock levels and liaising with the production supervision team to highlight stock level concerns
- Maintaining a flexible approach to work to meet team-based plant requirements
- Observing and maintaining safety levels with particular attention to machinery and electrical equipment
- Undertaking training as required by the company
- Maintaining a strict level of hygiene in and around the plant machinery, ensuring the workplace is clean, safe and organised
- Liaising and coordinating with all departments to ensure no machinery breakdowns
- At least 1 year of experience within a similar role
- Experience in bottling line machinery would be preferred
- A UK food standard qualification and/or certification is desirable but not essential
- Good verbal and written communication as well as problem-solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Contract and Benefits
- Contract type: 7-month fixed-term contract: 2nd March 2026 – 30th September 2026
- Working time: 40 hours per week
- Shift pattern: 12-hour shifts
- Basic hourly rate: £14.18
- Hourly rate with 25% shift premium: £17.73
- 33 days annual leave per year inclusive of Bank Holidays
