As our Digital Database & Product Analyst, you'll play a key role in maintaining our product information, supporting our House Brand warranty programme and helping deliver our Microsoft D365 rollout.

Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of our House Brand warranty programme , managing claims, identifying trends and helping to improve the customer experience.
Keep our product information accurate and up to date , maintaining our PIM system and ensuring seamless integration across our digital platforms.
Work closely with manufacturers and internal teams to enhance product content and deliver the best possible online experience for our customers.
Produce valuable reports and insights that support Category Managers in making informed commercial decisions.
Analyse product and sales data to identify opportunities for improvement, with plenty of scope to develop the role as the business continues to grow.
- Key Qualifications
- Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and reporting.
- Confident using Microsoft Office; experience with Power BI or Power Automate is an advantage.
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for data accuracy and continuous improvement.
- Well organised, self-motivated and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A-Level education (or equivalent); experience within tyres, automotive or a similar industry is beneficial but not essential.
