Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Analytics Manager will lead our Marketing analytics team and help reshape how analytics drives value across the business - spanning our retail brand Protyre, our wholesale business MTS, and our portfolio of House & Premium tyre brands. This is a role for a strong analyst who has grown from junior to senior level and is now stepping into leadership. You'll split your time roughly 60% hands-on analysis and 40% leading and developing a team of three, staying close to the data while raising the bar for what the team delivers.
Accountabilities:
- You will be accountable for taking ownership of our key revenue growth workstream - tracking the market, measuring campaign performance, and shaping pricing and promotional decisions.

- Partner with Marketing, Digital, Brand and Operations to turn insight into action.
- Present commercially focused recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Champion a shift from 'do-it-all data department' to a focused, commercially minded analytics function.
What you'll bring:
- A track record of progressing from junior to senior analyst, with early experience leading or mentoring two or three colleagues.
- Proven commercial acumen and a clear focus on business impact you've influenced.
- Strong data-storytelling skills - able to make data engaging and persuasive for non-technical audiences.
- Confidence working hands-on with data, comfortable in SQL and a modern BI tool (e.g. Power BI or Tableau).
- Excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate analysis into commercial language.
- Good awareness of data accuracy and GDPR best practice.
You'll be joining a business scaling fast, with real ownership over how analytics is perceived and used internally - this isn't a maintain-the-status-quo role, it's a build-the-function-up role, with direct line of sight to senior stakeholders and genuine influence on commercial decisions.
