The E-Commerce Executive is a pivotal operational role responsible for supporting the E-Commerce Manager in executing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy across Protyre.co.uk, TyreClick, and all digital sales channels. This role drives online sales, digital-to-store conversion, and omnichannel customer experience by managing day-to-day platform operations, content updates, and performance reporting. The job holder works closely with the Protyre Retail Director, Pricing Team, Digital Marketing, and Website Designer to ensure seamless integration of pricing, promotions, stock, and UX.
With a proactive and detail-oriented approach, the role supports innovation, tests new features, and optimizes conversion funnels to deliver measurable revenue growth. The job holder is accountable for executing delegated e-commerce tasks from the E-Commerce Manager’s roadmap, including platform updates, campaign deployment, performance tracking, and customer journey optimization. They maintain real-time product data accuracy, support A/B testing and UX improvements, and ensure full compliance with GDPR, PCI DSS, and accessibility standards. The role contributes to monthly reporting and continuous platform enhancement, supporting the Group’s omnichannel revenue targets.
