The E-Commerce Manager is a senior leadership role accountable for developing and executing the end-to-end e-commerce strategy across Protyre.co.uk, TyreClick, and all digital sales channels, driving both online and in-store revenue growth within the Group’s retail business. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role owns omnichannel integration, blending digital acquisition with physical store footfall to deliver a seamless customer journey. The job holder works in close partnership with the Protyre Retail Director and Pricing Team to optimize pricing, promotions, and product availability across channels. With a creative and entrepreneurial mindset, the role proactively identifies new revenue streams, tests innovative digital models, and stays ahead of e-commerce trends inside and outside the automotive sector.
