Micheldever Tyres Services is looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager to work from our Exeter location. Reporting to the MFDD Team Leader you will be responsible MFDD customer enquiries (Franchised dealers) and the MFDD field sales teams (Business Development Managers) on stock availability, delivery schedules, promotional campaigns and other key operational issues.
- Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm,
- Location: Exeter

About our role:
- Managing customers within customer credit limits .
- Provide our customers with industry leading account management and service levels
- Supporting the wider MFDD field team (BDMs) with bespoke sales opportunities
- Communicating brand promotions and sales initiatives to customers
- Giving product information including stock availability, prices and delivery
- Building a business relationship with customers
- Deal with all general enquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Ensure customers are dealt with in a manner that portrays a professional image.
- Responding to deadlines for both internal and external personnel.
- Act in a responsible and professional manner at all times.
- Ensure the appropriate responses are made in a timely fashion to requests / instructions
from Management. - Act in a responsible and professional manner at all times
Comply with all company/customer Health & Safety procedures and following all
necessary safe working practices
About you:
- Experience of working in a sales office within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Account Management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure, orgniase and prioritise workload
