Micheldever Tyres Services is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to work from our Exeter location. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer contact, resolving customer queries, processing orders and completing customer administration tasks. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, delivering a professional and efficient service while ensuring all interactions are accurately recorded and resolved in a timely manner.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm

About our role:
- Provide customers with a professional, friendly and efficient first point of contact for all enquiries.
- Handle inbound calls, emails and customer requests in accordance with agreed service levels.
- Resolve straightforward customer enquiries at the first point of contact wherever possible.
- Support customers with order tracking, delivery enquiries and proof of delivery requests.
- Manage inbound demand effectively.
- Prioritise workload effectively to meet customer and business requirements.
- Work collaboratively with Account Managers and the wider MFDD team to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Accurately maintain customer records within CRM and associated business systems.
- Complete order administration, credits, returns and query handling in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and actions taken.
- Communicate professionally and effectively with customers, colleagues and management.
- Take ownership of personal performance and development objectives.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

- Experience in customer service skills.
- Good IT skills (MS Office/CRM).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
