We are looking for a proactive Internal Recruitment Consultant to join our in-house Recruitment Team at Micheldever Tyre Services. This role will be supporting Fleet, Logistics and Wholesale: recruiting throughout the UK from Administrators to Directors for our Central teams – Compliance, Commercial, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Payroll, Property, Sales. Some support for our Retail business may be required from time to time. * Hybrid: 1-2 days in the office, 2-3 days working from home * Package: £28K + Bonus + Benefits * Benefits: Finder’s fee, Life Insurance, Pension, a great variety of Retail vouchers, Staff Rates, Eye Care Vouchers, Buy/Sell Holiday option, Flu Jab, Employee Assistant Program, Long Service Recognition, Enhance Maternity and Paternity payments, Cycle to Work, Charity Match. About you: * You will have worked as either a Resourcer or Recruiter (either in-house or agency) recruiting similar disciplines. * Be Social media savvy with experience of social media recruiting * Have excellent networking and communication skills, comfortable working with candidates at all levels and managing their expectations * Be experienced in sourcing good quality candidates in a high-volume environment * Be able to work well under pressure * Have proven sourcing / screening experience * Excellent hands-on recruitment experience from understanding the requirements through to offer and onboarding * Have the ability to write good copy for advertising on a variety of platforms such as multi-posting boards, job boards, LinkedIn and a variety of other social media Ideally you will understand diversity & inclusion and have been involved in employer branding. This Hybrid role requires no sales, just a true passion to source great people. About the role: * A high percentage of the role will involve supporting the recruitment for Micheldever Tyre Services (MTS) for their recruitment needs: from Administrators to Directors. This is achieved by skilled, focused and determined teams across 1 central distribution and 13 warehouse operations nationwide
