Micheldever Tyres Services is looking for an enthusiastic Wholesale Account Manager to work from our Southam location. Reporting to the Sales Office Manager, you will be responsible for working within a busy sales office as part of a proactive sales team. The role will be to develop existing and new accounts in conjunction with the Area Sales Team. You will be accountable for accounts assigned to you on sales, GP, units and brands.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm, 1 in every 4 Saturdays 8:30am – 12pm. Hybrid Split: Monday to Thursday working from the office, Friday and Saturday working from home.

About our role:

  • Managing customers within customer credit limits and taking payments when necessary.
  • Communicating and managing promotions to all customers.
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring the correct information is processed.
  • Building a business relationship with customers.
  • Providing product information including stock availability, prices and delivery.
  • Placing enquiries and orders with third party suppliers.
  • Recording/reporting details on any stock shortages.
  • Ensuring the correct delivery information is processed.
  • Liaising with Logistics, Accounts and Retail as required.
  • Understanding our full range of AVBs and communicating with HB customers.

About you:

  • Experience of working in a sales office within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to communicate customer information to the Management and Area Sales Managers and update CRM.
  • Managing customers to maximise sales and profit – achieving monthly sales targets, utilising customer incentives to increase sales and maximise UHP product mix.
