Overview
We have a great opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join our evolving business based at our Walsall Depot. This is a multi-functional role however the primary duties will include picking orders, loading and unloading vehicles and putting stock away.
You should be aware that this role will involve manual handling and heavy lifting as you will be required to move tyres around the warehouse on a daily basis, including loading and unloading vehicles.
Qualifications
We are looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals with a strong work ethic and good customer service skills.
Working Hours & Pay
This role is a guaranteed 45 hours per week and offers a competitive salary and benefits. You will also be entitled to 30 days holiday including bank holidays.
Training & Development
In addition, you will also have the opportunity to acquire a number of skills which for which you will receive a bonus payment (fork lift licence, first aid training etc.). Various learning and development routes are also available to all staff.
Schedule
You will be required to work some weekends to support operational stock takes, an average of 3 a year, this will attract an overtime payment.
