Micheldever Tyre Services is looking for a proactive Credit Controller on a 6 months contract to join our busy Finance Office, carrying out maintenance and cash management of all customers assigned to you.
Responsibilities include:
- Chasing customers for payments and invoices in a timely manner.
- Proactively monitoring failed payments.
- Carrying out credit control, sending payment reminders, and following up on overdue accounts.
- Allocation of payments onto computer systems.
- Processing of collection notes.
- Ensuring excellent communication and relationships are maintained with other departments.
- Preparation of aged debt reports and stop lists as required.
- Dealing with any general enquiries and ensuring information is accurately communicated to the customer.
- Acting in a responsible and professional manner at all times and being an active team player committed to achieving success.
- Complying with all company/customer Health and Safety procedures and following all necessary practices.
Location: Southam
Working Pattern: Rotational shift pattern of Mon - Fri 08:30 - 16:30 and 09:00 - 17:00. Hybrid: 1 Day in the office a week (additional days in the office will be required during training period).
