Essential Requirements

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply; points or offences may affect your application)

Responsibilities

  • Accurately carry out tyre repairs and fitting on all makes of vehicles.
  • Maintain high quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
  • Remove and refit components, performing related adjustments.
  • Ensure each vehicle is cleaned of any dirt, oil or marks resulting from the job.
  • Document all work in line with company policies and procedures.
  • Inform customers or management of any additional faults found on the vehicle.
  • Seek advice and guidance when necessary to maintain standards.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a competent Tyre Technician, gained through continued employment or apprenticeship.
  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
  • Ability to produce high quality work within specified time frames using own initiative.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong multi‑tasking skills and sound decision‑making for company performance.
  • Friendly and approachable manner towards customers and colleagues.
