Protyre Autocare is a fast-growing national automotive company offering superb training and development opportunities. We are currently seeking a Tyre Technician to join our growing team.
Responsibilities
- Our Tyre Fitters / Technicians are responsible for carrying out tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles, maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and delivering excellent customer service.
- Accurate tyre repairs and fitting to all makes of vehicles.
- Always providing quality workmanship, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
- Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
- Making customers and/or management aware of any additional faults found on the customer’s vehicle.
- Ensure that the customer’s vehicle is cleaned of any dirt/oil, or any other marks resulting from the job you have carried out.
- To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Essential: Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application).
- Qualification in an Automotive field.
- Proven experience and background as a competent Tyre Technician either through experience gained through continued employment or an Apprenticeship.
