Micheldever Tyres is looking for an Implant Tyre Technician to work at a prestigious dealership. Our Tyre Technicians / Fitters are responsible for carrying out tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles, maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and delivering excellent customer service. Working for our Micheldever Franchised Dealer Division (MFDD), you will be an ambassador for our customer whilst working with and being part of our customers team in a high-end business whilst delivering customer excellence to all parties.
Location: Narborough Road, Leicester
Must have: Full current UK Driving Licence
Shift: Monday to Friday 8-5.30, Saturday 8-12.30

About the role:
- Accurate tyre repairs and fitting to all makes of vehicles.
- Always providing quality workmanship, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
- Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
- Making customers and/or management aware of any additional faults found on the customers vehicle.
- Ensure that the customer’s vehicle is cleaned of any dirt/oil, or any other marks resulting from the job you have carried out.
- To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
About you:
- Proven experience and background as a competent Tyre Technician either through experience gained through continued employment or an Apprenticeship.
- Excellent customer service and self-presentation.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Able to produce high quality work within specified time frames, using your own initiative.
- Able to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- The ability to multitask and make appropriate decisions to benefit company performance.
- Friendly and approachable manner with an excellent customer service.
