The role involves chasing payments, allocating payments in our systems, and monitoring failed payments, with hybrid working: one day in the office per week and training days from home.
You will prepare aged debt reports, maintain strong internal relationships, and ensure policy adherence while delivering fast, accurate cash management for assigned customers.
