Micheldever Tyre Services is seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract to join our Exeter team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and emails, resolving queries and processing orders with accurate records in our CRM.
You will deliver a professional service, manage order tracking and delivery enquiries, and collaborate with Account Managers and the MFDD team to meet customer requirements.
