Tyre Fitters / Technicians are responsible for carrying out tyre fitting and tyre repairs on a variety of cars and light vehicles, maintaining the highest quality of workmanship and delivering excellent customer service.
Essential:
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence, held for at least 6 months (age restrictions may apply – points or offences may affect your application)
- Qualification in an Automotive field

About the role:
- Accurate tyre repairs and fitting to all makes of vehicles.
- Always providing quality workmanship, seeking advice and guidance when necessary.
- Remove and refit components and carry out related adjustments.
- Ensuring the work completed on each vehicle is carried out safely and to a high standard.
- Making customers and/or management aware of any additional faults found on the customer's vehicle.
- Ensure that the customer’s vehicle is cleaned of any dirt/oil, or any other marks resulting from the job you have carried out.
- To maintain accurate documentation in line with company policies and procedures.
About you:
- Proven experience and background as a competent Tyre Technician either through experience gained through continued employment or an Apprenticeship.
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
- Able to produce high quality work within specified time frames, using your own initiative.
- Able to work independently or as part of a busy team in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- The ability to multitask and make appropriate decisions to benefit company performance.
- Friendly and approachable manner.
