Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Project Manager role based in Birmingham. The Commercial Project Manager will oversee the financial and contractual aspects of construction and refurbishment projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and monitoring budgets, managing contracts and variations, tracking project costs and forecasts, and supporting invoicing and payment processes. The role involves coordinating with site managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients, providing clear commercial reporting, and identifying risks and opportunities to improve project profitability. The Commercial Project Manager will also contribute to tenders, support negotiations, and help maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Proficiency in budgeting and finance to manage project costs, forecasts, and commercial reporting.
