Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Home Equity Department by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provides administrative and clerical support in a professional and efficient manner.
- Communicates effectively with our membership and related parties via telephone and in person in absence of the Home Equity Manager and/or Loan Officer.
- Maintains a filing system pertinent to supporting the department.
- Prepares home equity closing packages as requested.
- Retrieves appropriate paperwork and information within the department as directed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
