Activités principales

  • Aider le directeur du magasin Ă  gĂ©rer et Ă  assurer le respect des procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles normalisĂ©es (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformitĂ© aux lois et règlements applicables.
  • DĂ©velopper les comportements de vente de l’équipe et encadrer cette dernière.
  • Diriger la livraison de solutions d’encadrement sur mesure de haute qualitĂ© pour nos clients Ă  temps en planifiant la charge de travail avec le directeur du magasin.
  • Atteindre les IRC, gĂ©rer les membres de l’équipe pour qu’ils atteignent les IRC liĂ©s Ă  leur poste.
  • Passer en revue les ventes et la charge de travail pour la production, crĂ©er des plans et prĂ©voir du temps sur la surface de vente pour le rĂ©seautage.
  • GĂ©rer et exĂ©cuter les programmes de gestion des stocks au besoin.
  • GĂ©rer et exĂ©cuter les programmes de prĂ©vention des pertes et de sĂ©curitĂ©.
  • Agir en tant que gĂ©rant en service (GES).
  • Aider avec les entrevues, le processus d’intĂ©gration, l’encadrement, l’observation et la formation des nouveaux membres d’équipe.
