Role Overview
Establish relationships with clients while creating memorable framing solutions for their artwork. Assist customers shopping in-store and be able to find what they are looking for. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.
Main Activities
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and company programs to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements, and implement company policies and standards.
- Embrace the role of creating custom designs using the ABC model to deliver as agreed, establishing relationships with all clients while creating tailored framing solutions. Achieve sales and production results.
- Take quality framing orders and deliver them on time.
- Maintain the ready-made framing section and other designated areas through organized stock management and replenishment.
- Provide courteous customer service, assist clients in shopping and finding products, ensure proper presentation and restocking of merchandise for easy shopping.
- Adhere to SOPs and company programs.
- Support loss prevention and safety programs.
- Interact acceptably and respectfully with others, remain positive even in difficult situations, promote engagement with the company\βs vision and values, project a positive image, and serve as a role model.
- Participate in unloading trucks and stock storage to ensure delivery standards are met and budgets are respected.
- Use cash registers and handle money according to standards.
- Greet customers, assist in product selection, and offer solutions.
- Assist with omnichannel processes.

- Public retail store environment caring for customers; climate-controlled areas; some stock rooms may not be climate-controlled; outdoor work if assigned to retrieve carts or unload trucks; shop contains glass cutters and heat press; work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
