Store – PHI-WARRINGTON, PA
Build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.
Major Activities
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
- Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to deliver sales and production results.
- Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
- Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Replenishment.
- Provide friendly customer service: help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions. Ensure the store is well merchandised and in-stock.
- Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.
- Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, promote the organization’s values, and serve as a role model.
- Participate in truck unloading and stocking to meet standards and budget.
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions according to standards.
- Acknowledge customers, assist in locating products, and provide solutions.
- Assist with Omni-channel processes.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Basic computer and measuring skills.
- Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
Preferred Experience
- Retail experience.
- Experience selling products and/or services.
Physical Requirements
- Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
- Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
- Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves with ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment
- Public retail store setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
- Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
