Store – PHI-WARRINGTON, PA
Build customer relationships while creating a memorable framing solution for their art. Help customers shop our store and find what they’re looking for. Provide a safe, clean, and clutter-free environment.

Major Activities

  1. Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company policies to ensure compliance with applicable laws and requirements.
  2. Use Elevated ABC Deliver to build relationships with customers and create custom framing solutions, aiming to deliver sales and production results.
  3. Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
  4. Maintain the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas, including SISO and Replenishment.
  5. Provide friendly customer service: help customers shop, locate products, and find solutions. Ensure the store is well merchandised and in-stock.
  6. Follow SOPs and company programs, support shrink and safety initiatives.
  7. Interact respectfully with others, remain positive, promote the organization’s values, and serve as a role model.
  8. Participate in truck unloading and stocking to meet standards and budget.
  9. Operate cash register and handle cash transactions according to standards.
  10. Acknowledge customers, assist in locating products, and provide solutions.
  11. Assist with Omni-channel processes.
  12. Other duties as assigned

Minimum Experience Requirements

  • Basic computer and measuring skills.
  • Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Preferred Experience

  • Retail experience.
  • Experience selling products and/or services.

Physical Requirements

  • Bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching.
  • Ability to move throughout the store and remain standing for long periods.
  • Lifting heavy boxes and frames; accessing high shelves with ladder or similar equipment.

Work Environment

  • Public retail store setting, climate-controlled areas, some outdoor work, and non-climate-controlled stock rooms.
  • Work hours include nights, weekends, and early mornings.
