Les directeurs de magasin doivent passer la majeure partie de leur temps à s’occuper de tâches liées à la gestion. Activités principales

  • Diriger et gĂ©rer tous les aspects du magasin, ce qui comprend le respect des procĂ©dures opĂ©rationnelles normalisĂ©es (PON) et des programmes de l’entreprise pour assurer la conformitĂ© aux lois et règlements applicables.
  • Assurer la mise en pratique des politiques et des normes de l’entreprise et tenir l’équipe responsable des conditions du magasin et des rĂ©sultats obtenus.
  • Respecter le plan des ventes et des profits et les autres IRC en lien avec nos objectifs de rendement annuels.
  • GĂ©rer l’équipe du magasin pour atteindre les IRC liĂ©s Ă  leur rĂ´le.
  • Diriger la mise en pratique de nos promesses de marque envers nos clients.
  • Mettre en Ĺ“uvre et diriger les programmes de prĂ©vention des pertes et de la sĂ©curitĂ© pour atteindre les objectifs.
  • Utiliser les outils de l’entreprise pour dĂ©terminer, prioriser et communiquer les objectifs, et gĂ©rer de façon gĂ©nĂ©rale les membres d’équipe et les clients.
  • Doter le magasin de membres d’équipe qualifiĂ©s : embaucher, former, observer et encadrer l’équipe pour obtenir des rĂ©sultats.
  • Diriger le processus de gestion du rendement et, au besoin, le processus disciplinaire.
  • DĂ©nicher des candidats talentueux et dĂ©velopper les membres d’équipe afin qu’ils puissent ĂŞtre promus.
  • Mettre en pratique les compĂ©tences de dirigeant pour assurer le dĂ©veloppement personnel continu.
  • Interagir avec les autres de façon acceptable et respectueuse, rester positif et respectueux mĂŞme dans les situations difficiles.
