We’re opening a brand-new Wingstop restaurant and building the founding team. As a Crew Member, you’ll be at the heart of the action, delivering an outstanding experience for every customer. Whether you’re taking orders, preparing our iconic wings, or keeping the restaurant looking its best, you’ll play a key part in bringing the flavour and energy we’re known for. As part of our new store opening team, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help shape the culture from day one, working alongside your team to build something special in a brand-new restaurant. You’ll work as part of a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment, learning new skills and building confidence along the way. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll thrive on keeping things moving while having fun with your team. Working Hours

We offer part-time contracts of 8 hours and full-time contracts of 16 hours per week, giving you a solid base with the opportunity to work additional hours as the business requires. Many of our crew members regularly increase their hours, and we can discuss what this could look like for you at interview.

Rates of Pay

Pay rates vary depending on age, in line with National Minimum Wage legislation increasing incrementally in line with legislative requirements. We can discuss this with you further after applying.
