We are a family run property company seeking a reliable and organised Part-time Office Administrator. This is an office-based role, working 2 or 3 days a week (9.30am to 2.30pm).

Confident using Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Teams & Outlook.

Role – to monitor and manage all aspects of the office including:

  • Typing letters, invoices and any other business documents needed
  • Filing of documents and keeping updated
  • Ordering of office supplies and liaison with IT company
  • Dealing with Petty Cash
  • Support to Management Team at local level
