They’re now looking for a hands-on Pre-Contracts Manager with strong D&B fit out experience to lead and mentor a team, while remaining actively involved in projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading client briefings alongside project directors and designers
- Reviewing tender documents and setting key design milestones
- Managing budgets throughout the tender process
- Producing cost plans, pre-construction programmes and tender submissions
- Collaborating closely with M&E teams and project managers
- Chairing cost reviews and presenting risks/opportunities to clients
- Supporting smooth handovers to the delivery team
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in D&B fit out pre-construction
- Strong costing knowledge on £2m–£15m projects
- Confident, approachable and detail-driven
- Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach
- Solid understanding of H&S standards
