They’re now looking for a hands-on Pre-Contracts Manager with strong D&B fit out experience to lead and mentor a team, while remaining actively involved in projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading client briefings alongside project directors and designers
  • Reviewing tender documents and setting key design milestones
  • Managing budgets throughout the tender process
  • Producing cost plans, pre-construction programmes and tender submissions
  • Collaborating closely with M&E teams and project managers
  • Chairing cost reviews and presenting risks/opportunities to clients
  • Supporting smooth handovers to the delivery team

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in D&B fit out pre-construction
  • Strong costing knowledge on £2m–£15m projects
  • Confident, approachable and detail-driven
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first approach
  • Solid understanding of H&S standards
