The business boasts an envious track record of delivering some of the UK's and London's landmark projects. Typically they specialise in major shell and core projects in sectors such as commercial offices, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and education. Despite their size, this Tier 1 M&E Contractor has fantastic staff retention rates with a reputation for looking after their staff. They offer excellent exposure and internal training schemes with a hands-on approach to developing their staff.
Role: Senior Mechanical Construction Manager - C.London - £350-£400 per day
Project: A large commercial refurbishment, replacing the infrastructure to Cat A spec. £30+ million MEP. 12 month project.
Responsibilities:
- Design Review (scope gaps / clashes)
- Short term programming
- Health & Safety (RAMS)
- Technical Submissions
- Preparation/issuing RFIs
- Sub-contractor coordination
- Management of commissioning stages
- Quality Assurance - using tablet software
- Liaising with client team, main contractor and sub-contractors
- Progress meetings with sub-contractors, professional teams and client
