Are you a talented Senior Project Manager with expertise in MEP looking for an exciting new opportunity to showcase your skills? Look no further – a global leader in project development and construction has an incredible role available on our Building Services team in London. In this pivotal position, you\’ll take the lead on a high-profile site-based project in the heart of the city, leveraging your extensive background in mechanical services and experience as a principal contractor to drive the project to successful completion.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the principal contracting role while collaborating with the project team, supply team, design team, and other key stakeholders.
2. Oversee design and construction management, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
3. Provide expert analysis of supply chain proposals to ensure suitability and best value.
4. Ensure compliance with industry and business standards in partnership with the safety and environmental team.
5. Work closely with the Commission Manager on project completion and handover.
6. Manage and report on program scheduling and deliverables to meet contractual obligations.
7. Support and empower your team, delegating responsibilities to keep everyone motivated and aligned with project goals.
