Client: Following the recent appointment of a standout Operations Director, my client has seen a significant period of growth within the healthcare, education and commercial sectors. The business boasts an enviable track record and they have made significant investment in London over the last 5 years. Their current turnover sits at £100m per annum and they have a full order book for this and next year. Following recent restructure and growth, my client has had a complete revamp seeing turnover increase by over 30% in the past year. Given the new senior leadership team, they expect the next 5 years to be similar in terms of growth and profits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation of Contract Documents I.e. Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Tech Subs, RFI’s, etc.
- Lead and contribute to value engineering exercises to ensure cost-effective and technically compliant project solutions.
- Contribute and support the pre-construction process, working closely with internal teams to influence buildability and programme strategy.
- Scrutinising drawings.
- Manage the full technical delivery of MEP projects valued up to £30 million.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
- Promote health & safety, technical excellence, and continuous improvement across all project activities.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working within the Labs, Healthcare, Data centre or Office sector.
- Experience working with leading main contractors.
- Experience managing projects from pre-construction.
