I’m currently representing a well-respected family-owned tier one Main Contractor that works across build, construction, and fit-out projects within both private and public sectors operating across the UK. As a group, they have a proven track record delivering a variety of projects across Commercial, Industrial, Healthcare, Education, Retail, and Residential schemes ranging from small works to major projects.

Our client prides themselves on their approach in the market which mirrors their working culture, being a friendly, approachable, and enjoyable business to work with. Having built up a solid client base with some blue-chip companies, our client has been successfully delivering multiple projects with most of their workload being repeat business. They value the quality of their delivery, health and safety, and building long-term relationships with their customers and supply chain.

With a group turnover in excess of £2 Billion, our client is a financially safe business with plans for further growth within their divisions. Within this division, all the projects will be solely within Fit-out across Cat A and Cat B, ranging from £50 Million+ in value, so previous large fit-out project experience is essential. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing major project fit-out division within the next 5 years to a £350 million turnover business.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Overall accountability for the successful delivery of multiple or large-scale Cat A and Cat B fit-out projects.
  • Strategic leadership from pre-construction through to completion, handover, and post-occupancy support.
  • Full P&L responsibility including cost planning, commercial strategy, risk management, and margin protection.
  • Leadership and development of Project Managers, Commercial Managers, Design Managers, and site teams.
  • Set and drive project strategy for programme, procurement, logistics, quality, and H&S.
  • Senior client interface; build and maintain long-term client relationships and repeat business.

Project: £15M+ Cat B Fit-Out project.

Salary: For this role, our client is looking to pay a competitive salary up to £150,000 + package.
