Client: My client has been trading for almost 40 years and has a very strong client base. Much of their work is design and build office, restaurant and high-end residential fit-out. Other work includes traditional tender and build projects. They have a bulletproof bank sheet, own their own offices and a sensible, but ambitious view on the growth of the business, with a turnover in excess of £10m. Within the office, there is a real family feel with the directors leading from the front by being in the office and out on site.
Role: NICEIC QS - £60,000 - £65,000 + Package
Looking for a talented and driven NICEIC Qualified Supervisor / Quality Manager to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects and want to be rewarded for your impact, this is the role for you. You’ll lead the contracting team in matters of electrical conformity & quality of the electrical projects we deliver ranging from £100k to £1.5M, assisting in a seamless execution from design through to handover.
Working closely with our Contracts Directors and Senior Leadership Team, your responsibilities will include:
- Attending all active sites as required during the project.
- Reviewing the temporary installation & certification.
- Assessing the condition of the current installation & its suitability for safely carrying out the work.
