Job Description
Their client base include several well known Tier 1 building services contractors.\\n\\nRole: Mechanical Project Manager – Reading – £350-£400 per day\\n\\nResponsibilities:\\n\\n·        Reviewing design liaising with client and consultants\\n\\n·        RFIs – Liaison with client team and sub contractors\\n\\n·        Value Engineering where applicable\\n\\n·        Programming of works\\n\\n·        Health & Safety management (RAMs)\\n\\n·        Commercial Responsibility\\n\\n·        Team Coordination (overseeing engineers, construction managers and supervisors) \\n\\n·        Progress meetings with client and internal meetings\\n\\n·        Overseeing commissioning stages\\n\\n·        Assisting with coordination and management of labour\\n\\n·        Health & Safety\\n\\nThe Ideal Candidate:\\n\\n·        Progressed from a tools background and have good technical knowledge of mechanical services. \\n\\n·        Experience working in the commercial sector.\\n\\nIn return they offer:\\n\\n·        A healthy pipeline of work.\\n\\n·        A real opportunity for growth and development.\\n\\n·        The opportunity to move up the management ladder
